Manage order alerts and weekly emails

Choose which store notifications you want to receive from the General settings page.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → General and check your store email and phone number.
2. Use New Order Email Notifications to control alerts for new paid orders.
3. Review WhatsApp Order Alerts and the destination phone shown by the settings. Add a valid store phone if needed.
4. Set the Weekly performance email preference. Save using the controls for each setting and check the confirmation.

Before you finish

Use Orders as the source of order status if an alert is delayed. For missing email, check the saved address and spam folder. Contact Support with the order number if alerts remain missing.
