Every ringgit, accounted for.
Each COD order shows whether the courier still holds the cash and what has reached the bank. Once JomJual confirms the courier's remittance reached its bank, the money becomes withdrawable.

Why early access?
Cash on delivery involves couriers holding money for you, so we activate it store by store. Switch it on in Settings → General and we'll confirm when your store is active.
Can East Malaysia or Singapore buyers use COD?
No. COD is for delivery addresses in West Malaysia only.
Which couriers can deliver COD orders?
COD-capable EasyParcel courier services. COD isn't available with self-managed delivery.
What does COD cost?
RM2 handling per COD order, on every plan. Your plan's platform fee applies to the item subtotal, as on any order.
When can I withdraw the money?
Once JomJual confirms the courier's remittance reached its bank. Until then the order shows that the courier holds the cash.
How do I refund a COD order?
There's no online payment to send back, so COD refunds are made in cash. JomJual support arranges it with you.
