Reward the buyers who come back.
Every paid order earns points. When a buyer reaches your threshold, JomJual creates a single-use voucher and emails it to them. You set the numbers, and refunds take the points back.
Get Grow- 1–10
- points per RM1 of items, set by you
- RM1–50
- reward per voucher, set by you
- 90 days
- each voucher stays valid, one use only
- how the voucher reaches the buyer
01 — Set the rules
You pick the numbers.
Switch on Loyalty points in Settings → General and choose three numbers: points earned per RM1, points needed per reward, and the reward amount. You fund the reward, so the card reminds you what each voucher costs.
- Points per RM1: 1 to 10
- Points needed per reward: 10 to 10,000
- Reward amount: RM1 to RM50
You fund the reward vouchers — RM5 per 100 points.

02 — Points on every order
Points on every paid order.
Each paid order earns points on the item total after discounts, with shipping left out. Online payments count once they're confirmed, and cash on delivery orders once the cash is collected. Points follow the buyer's Malaysian mobile number, so a returning guest is recognised. If you refund an order, its points are taken back in proportion to the refund.
- Counted on items after discounts, not shipping
- Tied to the buyer's phone number
- Taken back in proportion when you refund
You earned 38 points — balance 62, next reward at 100.

03 — Reward by email
A voucher, in their inbox.
When a balance reaches your threshold, JomJual creates a single-use voucher, takes those points off the balance and emails the code to the address the buyer gave at checkout. The code is also listed on their order page. A voucher takes the reward amount off a later order of at least twice that amount, and stays valid for 90 days.
- One use per voucher, valid for 90 days
- Minimum order of twice the reward amount
- Up to five vouchers from a single order; leftover points wait for the next one
Here's your reward
Thanks for shopping with Kaya & Co. You've hit 100 points, so here's RM5.00 off your next order.
Use it at checkout on orders of RM10.00 or more. The code is also on the buyer's order page.

Questions sellers ask.
Do I need Grow for loyalty?
Yes. Loyalty is part of Grow. On the free plan the Loyalty points card in Settings is locked and no points are earned. Orders earn points only while loyalty is switched on and Grow is active on your store.
Who pays for the rewards?
You do. Each voucher takes the reward amount off the buyer's next order, so the discount comes out of that sale. The Loyalty points card shows the sum, for example RM5 per 100 points.
How do buyers receive their voucher?
By email, to the address they gave at checkout. The code is also listed on their order page, so a buyer who gave no email can still find it.
How does JomJual know it's the same buyer?
By phone number. Points are kept per store and phone number, so a returning buyer is recognised without an account. An order needs a Malaysian mobile number to earn points.
What happens to points when I refund an order?
The order's points are taken back in proportion to the refund. A voucher that was already issued from those points isn't cancelled automatically.
Do orders from my agents earn points?
No. Agent restock and dropship orders don't earn loyalty points. Buyers who order through an agent's referral link are ordinary buyers, so they do.
