Questions sellers ask.
Is it free?
Yes. Checkout links work on every JomJual store, including the free plan. The usual per-order fees apply when the buyer pays.
What if my price changes after I send it?
Checkout uses your current price and stock when the buyer opens the link, and checks them again when they pay. Stock isn't reserved in the meantime, so if an item sells out, the buyer is asked to contact you.
Can I cancel a link I already sent?
Yes. Revoke it from Recent links on the Checkout links page and it stops working straight away.
How long does a link last?
You choose 1 to 30 days when you create it; the default is 7. After that the link stops working and shows as Expired.
How much can one link hold?
Up to 30 products or variants, each with a quantity from 1 to 99.
Which payment methods can buyers use?
FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and card. The buyer pays on the same checkout as the rest of your store.
