JomJual's platform fee has hit its RM99 monthly cap.

The BXP fee applies to every completed order of a BXP shop, voucher used or not. As of 18 Oct 2026 no change to the 4.86% has been announced for after 31 Oct.
Campaign days (8–11 & 24–25 Nov, 9–12 & 20–21 Dec 2026): BXP fee 7.02%, capped at RM54 per item.
Small shops can claim a waiver of the RM0.54: shops live for at least 30 days with 1–100 net orders (or ≤200 orders and ≤RM3,000 GMV) in the last 30 days, claimed through a Seller Center mission on days 3–7 of each month.
New Marketplace sellers get a commission waiver for their first 120 days.
Assumes a Marketplace (not Mall) seller, one item per order, no seller discount, not paid with TikTok PayLater (4.86% transaction fee). Excludes shipping, affiliate commission, ads and SST on shipping fees. Estimate only.

Don't move TikTok buyers off the platform.
TikTok Shop's Seller Enforcement Policy (1 Oct 2026) and its traffic-redirection rules (14 Oct 2026) ban it, with penalties up to shop restriction or permanent deactivation.
