Use Reviews to follow customer feedback and respond from your store.
Step by step
- Open Reviews. Filter by All, Published or Hidden, and sort by date or rating.
- Open a review and read its product, rating and comment. Check the Verified Purchase indicator where shown.
- Write a useful seller reply and save it. You can edit or delete your own reply later.
- Use Hide or Unhide when moderation is needed, then check the Published or Hidden filter.
Before you finish
Keep replies factual and avoid publishing customer contact details or order-sensitive information. For an issue that needs private information, move the conversation to Support.
