Set up loyalty points and reward vouchers

Reward returning buyers with points and automatically issued reward vouchers. Availability depends on your store plan.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → General and find Loyalty points. If locked, review your plan in Settings → Plan.
2. Set points earned per RM1, the points required for a reward and the reward amount in RM.
3. Review the funding message: your store funds the reward vouchers.
4. Enable loyalty rewards and save using the controls in that section. Review Top buyers to see balances and rewards issued.

Before you finish

Choose reward values your margins can support. An empty buyer table is not a configuration error by itself; eligible buyer activity must occur before balances appear.
