Import products from a spreadsheet

CSV import helps create or update a catalogue in batches of up to 200 products.

Step by step

1. Open Products → Import and download the CSV template, or prepare your own CSV file.
2. Choose whether to create new products or update existing products by slug. Create mode skips slugs that already exist.
3. Upload the file and map name, slug, price, SKU and inventory columns. Prices must be in RM. Map each field to a different column.
4. Choose Preview import. Review every proposed change and fix row errors before confirming.
5. Confirm the import. Open imported products to add photos, descriptions and shipping details, then publish when ready.

Before you finish

New products are drafts with inventory tracking enabled. Updates replace name, price, SKU and inventory while preserving other settings. Products with variants must be edited individually. Keep a copy of your original spreadsheet before updating.
