Sell digital products with delivery instructions

Use the digital product option for items delivered through a link or instructions instead of a parcel.

Step by step

1. Add or edit a product and turn on the Digital product option.
2. Enter its delivery URL and delivery instructions. Explain how buyers should access the item and what to do if they need help.
3. Add a description and preview images that explain the digital item without exposing paid content.
4. Save and publish. Check that the delivery destination works and its access settings match how you intend to sell the item.

Before you finish

Digital products do not use the physical product weight or inventory tracking settings. A delivery link is not a guarantee of copy protection: review access permissions with the service hosting your content.
