What's New: Custom Domains, Refunds, Tracking & More

This has been one of our biggest weeks yet. Here's a summary of what's new across the platform.

Your Store, Your Domain

Merchants can now connect a custom domain to their storefront. Instead of mystore.jomjual.my, your customers can shop at yourbrand.com for a fully branded experience from start to finish.

Track Every Conversion

You can now set up Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics 4 directly from the Integrations tab. All key shopping events (product views, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchases) are tracked automatically, including server-side events for more accurate attribution.

Cancellations & Refunds, Handled Automatically

Customers and merchants can now cancel orders before shipment with automatic refunds for paid orders. For post-delivery issues, customers can submit a refund request with photo evidence. Merchants approve or reject from the dashboard, and if approved, return shipping is arranged automatically.

Customer Order Lookup & History

Customers no longer need an account to check on their orders. They can look up any order by email with a one-time verification code, view their full order history, and even complete a pending payment, all from the storefront.

Email Notifications

Customers now get emails when their order is confirmed, shipped, or refunded. Merchants get a notification for every new order, with a toggle to turn it off.

Product Collections

Organise your products into curated collections and feature them on your homepage. Customers can browse a dedicated collection page to discover related items.

Variant Images

Link specific product images to variant options like colour or size. When a customer picks a variant, the gallery scrolls to show the right photo.
