Send order updates to your own system

Order webhooks on Grow notify your server when selected order events occur. Setup requires a developer or a compatible receiving service.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Order webhooks. Enter your HTTPS endpoint.
2. Choose the events to receive: paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled or refunded. Add the endpoint.
3. Copy the signing secret immediately and configure signature verification on your server.
4. Use Send test and inspect Recent deliveries, including response status and errors.
5. Use Replay after fixing a receiver failure. Disable an endpoint when it should stop receiving updates.

Before you finish

Verify X-JomJual-Signature using HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp + "." + the raw request body. Reject timestamps more than five minutes old and deduplicate X-JomJual-Event-Id. Rotating the secret requires updating your receiver immediately; replayed deliveries must not create duplicate work.
