Create vouchers and control discount limits

Use vouchers for fixed discounts, percentage discounts or free shipping.

Step by step

1. Open Vouchers → Create Voucher. Enter a name and optional code; leave the code empty to generate one.
2. Choose the discount type and value. For percentage discounts, consider setting a maximum discount cap.
3. Set a minimum order, total usage limit, per-customer limit and dates where needed.
4. Choose whether the voucher should auto-apply or be limited to first-time buyers, then save.
5. Check the voucher status and usage in My Vouchers. Deactivate it when the offer should stop.

Before you finish

If a code is rejected, check dates, minimum order, usage limits and buyer eligibility. A voucher with previous usages is deactivated instead of deleted. Platform vouchers are listed separately from vouchers you create.
