Connect your own domain

A custom domain lets shoppers visit your store using a domain you own. This feature is available through Grow.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Plan and check Grow availability for your store.
2. Open Settings → Domain and add your domain.
3. At your domain registrar, enter the DNS records displayed by JomJual. Copy the actual names and values shown on your screen.
4. Return to the Domain tab and choose Verify Domain. If verification fails, compare the records and try again after your DNS changes take effect.
5. When the domain is active, visit it and check your homepage, product pages and checkout.

Before you finish

After verification, your JomJual subdomain redirects to the custom domain. Removing the custom domain leaves the JomJual subdomain available. Do not remove unrelated DNS records used by your email service.
